cancellation policy

Please give your stylist at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment- This gives us plenty of time to reach out to others who have been waiting for a spot on our books!

 

There will be a 50% charge of your scheduled service if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. There will be a 100% charge of your scheduled service for day of cancellations + no shows.

 

If you become ill on the day of your appointment we will be  very understanding but should it occur often, we will need to charge the full day of cancelation price. Please reach out when weather conditions are bad.

 

This policy is in place to protect our livelihood + we appreciate your understanding!
